CHO – CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER
Responsible for HR, organisational welfare and administration. MANAGEMENT.
Co-owner of Hakotrans since 2015, when she started a deep transformation of the company’s culture and values, which has resulted in the growth of the company.
Neus is in charge of recruitment, organisational wellbeing practices, training, and is responsible for the administration area. For her, people are the most important thing.
Psychologist by the University of Barcelona, with a solid training in Emotional Intelligence (Master in the University of Malaga) and Master in Positive Psychology (Universitat Jaume I).
Holder of the certificate of professional competence for the transport of goods by road, both nationally and internationally, which enables the company to carry out its professional activity.
Passionate about life and learning, curious and enthusiastic, loves travelling, reading, supportive and volunteer in various social causes, she is also a trainer in emotional competences, and takes advantage of her training to give that positive humanisation twist to the company and implement healthy and positive practices, putting her knowledge at the service of Hakotrans.

With a background in administration and a long career as equipment and warehouse, export and logistics manager, Conchi is the manager of Hakotrans. Highly organised, decisive and proactive, in coordination with management, Conchi ensures that the operation of both the office and the operational team is optimal and exceeds the expectations of our customers. She also manages the company’s quality policy.
She speaks English, French, Italian and Catalan.

Javier was born and raised in Germany, so he is very knowledgeable about the logistics sector in Spain and Europe, with extensive experience in customer service in German, English and Spanish, so he is very familiar with both cultures.
